Please Help: Input Tax Credit in respect of Motor Vehicle under GST

Section 17(5) deals with blocked credit where mentioned that no input credit in respect of motor vehicle.
If the disallowance is only for purchase of motor vehicle or any expenses incurred in relation to motor vehicle say insurance,service expenses etc..?

11-Jan-2018 , 01:12:39 pmAs per me, Disallowance is Only for Purchase of motor Vehicle. but Transporter of Goods & passenger can claim ITC even on Purchase.
