suppling men power to govt horticlture dept. to be used in agriculture plantation and official work related to same activity,whether gst is applicable on contractor,please clarify. thanks.

22-Oct-2017 , 01:24:53 amYes gst will be applicable because the person is supplying manpower services.Manpower services being provided to govt dept also does not fall in the exemption list of gst.
