Mr. Dash and his wife taken home loan in joint ownership. now Mr. Dash want to take all benefits in his IT return because he is under the bracket of 30% and his wife under 10%. is it possible or not. i am waiting for answer.

i think mr dash can't take the benefit.

Dear Mr. Dash can not claim full claim if the property is in the joint name. Now the loan has been also taken in joint name hence the same will divide to both of them.
