Date of Acceptance by Client is 12-10-2022
What will be the Date of Filing of Form 10B.
Also is it mandatory to keep gap of 1 month between ITR Filing and Audit Report Filing.

17-May-2023 , 11:26:15 amWhenever any form which is first uploaded by CA and then is accepted by the client, the date of filing is always the date on which CA uploaded the form even if the form is accepted by the client after the due date. The requirement of 1 month gap between ITR filing and audit report filing is not mandatory. Both can be filed on same day.
