I filed return AY-201-12 ,filed by Digital Signature than For AY-2012-13 is it compulsory filed by digital signature or not?

15-Apr-2012 , 11:25:35 amDigital Signature Certificate made mandatory w.e.f 1st July 2011 for Firms and Individuals whose accounts are required to be audited u/s 44 AB of the Income Tax Act' 1961 If your T.O. not affect u/s 44AB then not compulsory otherwise compulsory
