As per new ITR Form 1, person who is having income from one house property is eligible to form itr in form 1. If a person is having two house property and one is self occupied and another rent out. Will he be eligible to submit ITR Form 1

22-May-2018 , 06:34:16 pmNo, You have need to file ITR 2. ITR 1 is applicable For individuals being a resident other than not ordinarily resident having Income from Salaries, one house property, other sources (Interest etc.) and having total income upto Rs.50 lakh
