I applied for ITP under above section but ITO as issue a notice/letter for producing the detail of “ Appearing in 3 cases alongwith address before the Authorityâ€.
which I don’t have.
then my query is that
there is "mandatory" to furnishing the detail as above.
OR there is any case law or substitute of the same.
