Can Minor child relinquish his/her right from Great Grandfathers HUF ? If yes, how?

16-Jun-2017 , 11:22:29 amIn my opinion minor child has no right to relinquish his rights in any property of such HUF. Reason is that the law considers that he is immature to take any decision of his future interest in the case of holding or non- holding the share in properties.Only with the consent of his guardians, he may relinquish his rights in such HUF as the law permits so.
