Please Help: Regarding IT Refund AY-2011-12

I filed My ITR-4 for AY-2011-12 and Refund Cheque received but on Cheque account no mention which is incorrect so , for the same guide me procedure for this

Make a call in Bangalore at the centre where ITR is submitted.

Contact the agency where u have filed return.
