Yes, you can claim the refunded t by filing ITR-1. It may be noted that scholorship income is exempt under Section 10 of Income Tax Act. None the less, the schlorship received is less than the initial exemption limit (i.e rs. 160,000/-), therefore,no question of taxing the same. I hope this serves your purpose.
