Please tell whether trader, who deals in scrap defined u/s 206-C of Income Tax Act,1961, liable to collect TCS from Customer??

11-May-2013 , 05:02:47 pmthanx, but doubt arises in case of definition of Scrap, which states that scrap must generate from manufacturing/processing, this can be done in case of manufacturer only.
