Pls suggest which ITR form is to be used to file income tax return of Agriculture produce market committee claiming exemption u/s 10 (26AAB). The committee is also registered u/s 11/12AA with the CIT.
Pls also clarify whether condition of 85% fund utilization u/s 12/12AA is applicable for the said market committee while claiming exemption u/s 10 (26AAB)
