Please Help: appeal against CPC rejection of sec.154

at the time of entry in the excel return, tds entry wrongly made in the tcs coloumn. for which 154 applied to cpc but rejected. case law req. for cit appeals

Dear Jaydeep Ji, why don't you go for the revised return if your application for rectification under sec 154 has been rejected.

Please o ahead with the same 154 Rejection basis and you may take no of case laws with CD etc.
