Can anyone tell me the detailed and complete procedure and requirement of taking digital signature at the earliest........

18-Jul-2011 , 11:10:47 amtoday as per notification digital signature is compulsory for filling retrun of whose accounts are audited u/s 44ab. and digital signature issued by different agencies in different form for example one time use, for one year, for six months etc. and document for this only identity proof and address proof of partner, individual , director are needed.Fees of digitel signature is different by different agencies. but as per my knowledge if you need digital signature for one time use only than its fees or charges only 150/-
