Can we e-file ITR of an Individual who is Director in a Pvt. Co. before e-filing of ITR of that Co. & Accounts are not finalized yet of the Co.

13-Jan-2013 , 03:39:47 pmDear Kamal, Director can file his ITR even before filling the ITR of the company. As there is nowhere mention in income tax about time of efilling of ITR of the Director. In the income tax, only time limit is given to the director for late filling, It is not mandatory to late file the return..........
