Dear Income tax Department itself provide ITR e-filling software in the form of excel. download it from income tax website. Many other companies also provide the software will are available with a little cost but they are very useful.

Yes, as answered by suresh...efiling software is made available by the IT Dept itself...but if u buy some other IT software provided by other private companies...though it will cost u a bit...but they really prove to be very useful..one of those companies is KDK Software P ltd. If u want i can give u contact details of the person also.
