Hi all, my question is how many trainee a ca can emply in the very first year of his/her practice.

As per my information, only 1 trainee can be employed.

(i) An associate or fellow in continuous
practice for a period upto 3 years - 1(ONE)

(ii) An associate or fellow in continuous
practice for any period from 3 years to 5 years - 3(THREE)

(iii) An associate or fellow in continuous
practice for any period from 5 years to 10 years -7(SEVEN)

(iv) An associate or fellow in continuous
practice for any period from 10 years - 10(TEN)
