A Assessee has turnover above 60 lakh so it is complusory to get his accounts audited but his total income is below taxable income, so whether he is required to file return or not?

Dear As per IT Act assessee having turnover Rs 60 Lacs or more are required to get TAX AUDIT.

17-Aug-2012 , 10:32:05 amnot required but it will be better in my opinion if u file return for the assessee eligible for tax audit.
