how to get the refund cheque back which is returned undelivered for address not found. The return was manually filed at income tax office

Write an request application to your concerned ITO and giving them bank a/c detail if not provided earliar, so that they will able to deposit refund directly in your bank a/c.

Let see just inform about this problem to income tax department they will send to your new address
