im govt imployee my employer had deducted tds for A/Y 2013-14 in 31 march 2014, i have itr but i have recived demand notice for intrest u/s 234B and 234C

25-Nov-2013 , 02:45:42 pmi think the department has not acknowledged your TDS due to mismatch or any other issue. The first thing to do is carefully see your intimation u/s 143(1). Find the mismatch between the returned income and asseseed income along with other particulars. file an appeal for rectification of order u/s 154 as it is mistake apparent from record
