there is two unit of a company in which I UNIT purchase goods from suppliers and transfer these goods to II UNIT which sales these goods to outside customers.
In these case direct exps are exclusively allocable in both unit but my questions is that what is the procedure of allocation of indirect exps of both the unit for the income tax purpose.

In this case indirect expenses will be allocated on the basis of Joint Cost allocation approach . Explained in detail in the PCC Accounts manual.

The indirect expenses can be allocated on the basis of Cost Allocation Approach.
