30th august for individuals and 30th september for others.

31.08.2012 for Individual after extention 1 month & for corporate aand required for Audit 30.09.2012

In general terms it is 31st of July however presently increased to 31th August 2012. For Tax audit asseesse it is 30th September of year.

For individual 31st July but this time it extends to 30th Aug and for corporate assesses & the assesses which required tax audit is 30th Sept.
