what is the remedy if a return needs to be revise due to non consideration of t.d.s. deducted, resulting in increased refund. if original return was filed belated.

20-Jul-2013 , 05:21:23 pmnow this penalty is minimum Rs.10,000 and maximum Rs.1,00,000 but it is not compulsary if The jurisdictional Assessing officer of TDS will think it to be imposed then he will send order then you will have to pay otherwise not
