only in special case whr identify by any officer in deptt in same sec/ 154

The power to review one's order not only available to AO. in such cases the AO shall approach the CIT if the order is prejudical to interest of revenue. In case the order is prejudical to interest of assessee they can appeal against the said order or approach CIT for revision.
