I have filled return of ITR-1 for A.Y.10-11 at nil ..i received the intimation u/s 143(1) ( return filled by me of total income 154654 and total income calculated u/s 143(1) 154650..just round off diff.) so wat should i do nw..?

Dear Devendra, Income Tax department has developed software which follow the procedure of calculating GTI, TI, Tax etc which has been set up. Hence if assessee or CA forget to follow the procedure then only certain difference arose.
Do not worry it is only ROUND OFF. there is no difference.

No action is required. Intimations u/s 143 (1) are computer generated and amount of difference in your case is not substantial.

Dont worry. Mistake in rounding off is allowable
