Is pofessional income of a Doctor/Lawyer is covered under ITR 4S.Plaese expert answer.

As per my opinion it would not covered because its a specific profession u/s 44AA & for that you have to file ITR 4 & not ITR 4S

ITR 4S is applicable for presumptive income covered u/s 44AD/44AE/44AF of income tax act

Surely it will not be covered under the ITR 4S because ITR 4S is only applicable in case of presumptive income only and Doctor/Lawyer can't be cover in any case under Presumptive income.......... For them its only ITR 4 to be filled..... Hopefully you got the answer you are looking for Rajnish Ji. Have a nice day ahead..........
