no,, that will be covered under contractual aggrements covered under 194C

Rishabh sahab, is it possible to maintained CT Machined without professionals that one is doubt in my mind

Such machines are usually maintained as under AMC's of the companies supplying the machines. And AMC's are subject to TDS under 194C in my opinion.

In practical experience also.. i have worked on an assignment in FORTIS hospital, where the same were liable to TDS under 194C only..
