Please Help: Notary attested

Is there any law, which governs that these deeds and documents shall be notary attested and these documents not required any attestation of notary.Please clarify ,,,,,,

Yes, this thing is governed by THE NOTARIES ACT 1952. Everything is mentioned in that act..i.e,which documets should be notarised and which not, who is a notary, maintainence of register of notaries etc...everything is mentioned in that act.

notaries act will govern you about that because notary is not eligible to attest all types of deeds and documents..
