Please Help: Notice of I.tax u/s 139A(5),& 272 B

Hi, Everybody, I received a notice entering into financial transaction non quoting of PAN u/s above said. But in case I have no high value transaction at that time but some sale /purchase registry are authorized signatory on behalf of the company. I have no filling I.tax return. Please suggest me as soon as possible.
