A partnership deed alongwith the PAN form needs to be submitted.

Hello sangam, partnership deed, filled form 49A, ID and address proof of all the partners, and address proof of the place where u want to get the PAN Card delievered. And ID and address proof of partners should be self attested by the partners. these are all the documents which are required, though in very few cases only partnership deed and form 49A will be sufficient, but normally all these papers are required.
