Yes, any assessee can pay repayment of loan and can get benifit u/s 80C

24-Feb-2012 , 06:02:01 pmHousing loan interest is allowed deduction on the basis of Accrual. Any Pre-payment of emi is not allowable deduction because it is not accrue.
