Up to what time can i claim my refund. i.e. is there any time limit to claim the refund? If we do not claim the refund whether my right to claim lases?

to claim refund you have to file income tax refund , otherwise you will not be able to get refund.

U have to file the income tax refund...

for refund claim, application in form no-30 will be made within one year from the end of relevent assessment year. however AO may condone the delay on marit of case.
