Please Help: sec 54b

What proof is required for availing the exemption us 54b for sale of agriculture land.because the assessee doesnt have any supporting documents as a proof for cultivation of crop from last 2 years. can the assessee availe the exemption merely selling the agriculture land and purchasing the agriculture land in urban area
