Please Help: sec143(2)

Hi Neha, I think there is no set format of reply to notice recieved u/s 143(2), but u just frame it as writing a simple reply replying to all the points raised from the IT department in the notice giving reference of the notice issued by them by quoting notice ref. no. and date of nottice etc, also give some explainations from ur side as well. And for reference u can see in files section of this site, u will find format of normal reply to income tax department and then u can modify it according to facts n cirmstances of ur case. I m sharing my experience with u as i have myself framed many such replies, but unfortunately right now not having soft copy of any one of them even.
