We can say Sikkim as a Tax free state of India.....
Any Income other than dividend derived by Sikkimese Individual from the a Sate of Sikkim is fully exempt under Sec 10(26AAA)
And dividend income from indian company or UTI received from anywhere is exempted under section 10(34)
Sikkimese Individual is a person whose name is being recorded in the register maintained by State of Sikkim...
