hayrana devlopment govt deduct tds on compulsary acquation on agricultural land. a case of punjab and haryana high court said that tds deduct by huda on compulsary acquation on agricultural land is wrong. so huda will not deduct tds in future. what is procedur for old tds refund procedure those deduct by huda previously. case name ajay kumar vs state of haryana cr no.3236
