Please Help: TDS on Hotel bill

Dear all, please let me know that if there is no regular contract between company and Hotel to stay the guests of the company. Then whether Company should deduct TDS or not. If yes then U/s 194I or 194C..........................Thanks

If there is no contract between the company and the Guest house than TDS will no be Deducted.
