Whether u/s 194A will be applicable in case of loan taken from Megama finance co.for vehicle purchase.

04-Dec-2012 , 06:32:36 pmyes it would be applicable but payment is through ecs or direct debit so every month you have to deposit tds and then claim it from that company after issuing tds certificate
