can anyone tell me that if audit is done in previous year u/s 44AD(since assesse did not opted for 8% scheme and shown lower profit), then whether TDS provision are applicable in the current year.

Yes , TDS provisions would be applicable in this case.

In my opinion also, YES, TDS provisions will apply to the assessee
