Please Help: TDS Return Rejected

I have filed a TDS Return for the 4th Quarter for the F.Y 2011-2012 for the 1st time and after few days I got the message from Tin-Nsdl that my Tds Return has been rejected.

The Tds Return is filed for the first time.

So what I have to do know please tell/guide me.
