Please Help: TDS wrongly deposited under Section 194

Assessee has received notice of demand under section 156 for no dedution TDS on specified income which actually deposited under wrong head ????

ITS NOT A BIG ISSUE GO TO THE A.O TOLD HIM THAT U HAD DEPOSITED IN WRONG HEAD HE WILL ASK U TO REVISE IT... THEN GO FOR IT
