Suppose,a bank deducted TDS on employees'salary and on interest paid to customers and deposited the tax.Now a lawyer make 24q/26q and uploaded to nsdl.The question is,since the lawyer is not turned up and how form 16/16A may generate?

Dear CA Rajnish ji, form 16/16A would be generated by bank itself and lawyer has to just prepare fvu in 24Q/26Q and upoad it.....
