Is TDS liability on payment to harvester contractor to cutting of crops and payment by CASH mode pvt company engage in agriculture activity.

11-Jun-2013 , 02:24:24 pmOfcourse tds liability will arise 2% if limit crossed 30000 thousand in one time pmt and. 75000 thousand in aggregate in p.a.whichever is possible u/s 194c.
