contact your TDS deductor and confirm about the same if he has deposited it or not..and if he has mentioned the correct details of the assessee...if the deductor has made any mistake in details tell the deductor to revise his return and rectify the mistake...

Get your TDS certificate from your deductor and claim whole amount of Rs.18654. Because sometimes it happend that 26AS doesn't live fully updated and get updated after some times.
