I've Purchased Material From China,
When i Made payment to Party situated at china, IS TRC Compulsory to obtain ?
If There is NO PE(Permanent Establishment) in India of that Party,then What are the consequences of withholding tax on my part ?
Is any Article Of DTAA applicable?
