Please Help: Service Tax

One of my client providing online software development for Apple Company. The said software developed and uploaded on the site of Apple then apple made payments in Foreign Currency so whether i have to pay service tax or it is exempted under export of service...???

25-Dec-2014 , 12:28:20 pmThe software development service fall under Rule 3 of place of provision of services. The place of provision of service shall be the location of the recipient of the service, Service recipient is located outside India then it is exempt
