can client ask me for proof of payment of service tax before making payment of services

19-Feb-2015 , 09:48:35 pmplease explain about which service tax you are mentioning here. client liability of service tax which you have deposited with department as your service or the service tax you are charging to client on your invoice. however in either of the case client can ask for the proof of payment.
