Please Help: Service tax on gross up

Hello Memebers,
My doubt is whether an assessee has to pay service tax on the Grossed up TDS portion were the service is imported one and the service receiver is liable to pay the Service tax and bear all TDS related liabilities.

15-Dec-2015 , 04:33:21 pmYes Service tax is payable on Grossed up TDS amount. Since the gross up TDS amount is considered as the actual consideration payable for service inclusive of service tax.
