Please Help: Applicability of Service Tax after project is completed

When project for constructing property(residential or commercial) is completed(Project Completion Certificate taken), will Service Tax applicable on unsold units and sold units balance installments(to be collected after completion)

03-Jul-2014 , 11:08:29 amAccording to me, Service Tax is payable only on the amounts received against units, before receipt of completion certificate. The ST does not attract on the amount received thereafter.
