Dear Sir Please Tell me the due date for filling Quarterly And Monthly service tax return And also whi needs to flie quarterly return and who needs to file monthly return.

Currently the ACES is in process to change the Six Monthly Return to the quarterly return. Next due date is 25 November and it is for the period April to June.

11-Dec-2012 , 04:55:06 pmRIGHTLY SAID BY MR. RISHABH. IN ADDITION TO THAT THERE IS NO CHANGE IS PROPOSED REGARDING THE PERIODICITY OF PAYMENT. THERE IS ONLY CHANGE IS IN SERVICE TAX RETURN WHICH IS GOING TO BE QUARTERLY FROM HALF YEARLY PERIODICITY.
